a)      Login to CPanel of your website

b)      Click on File manager so to open it

c)       Navigate to the folder where you want to create your new text file.

d)      Now click on Create New File option

 

e)      Now enter the name of the file to be created in the available field  with the file extension

 

f)       Then click on Create button . You should now see the new file that you have just created
